This is a video I made, in reflection of the Gospel for the day. This was taken this morning, but only sharing it now.

I reflected on, “What am I giving up Jesus for?

It’s a raw video, no second takes, no make up, and just in my house clothes.

I was inspired by a college classmate to do this. She began doing her reflections by making videos of her just opening up about what she read and what struck her.

And I believe that if God wants to use each and every one of us to disciple other people, wouldn’t He have wanted us to show a raw side of us, and not a curated side?

Like, God would’ve wanted to be known by out being witnesses behind the scenes. Not when other people are watching. Not while people are waiting for us to mess up, or something.

So there. I just wanted to justify why I decided to make it raw.

Hoping you’ll be blessed with this one.
